At least it wasn't a cast this time! She's not sure if she hit the wall or the bunk-bed but one thing is for sure, Sydney tripped on her way to bed, hit something and ended up with 6 stitches. Luckily we have friends with benefits. Jarrett Hammer is a doc who works with Aaron and between Aaron's very souped-up (sp?) first aid kit and Jarrett's skills, we were able to take care of things right there on the kitchen table.

Luckily Aaron was on-line as soon as everything was finished. I think he was most disappointed about not being here because he wanted to do the stitches.
Carolyn! I am seriously considering NEVER getting bunk beds!!!! Ouch! Sydney-you are SO brave!
ReplyDeleteHow do you feel about eating on the operating table at each meal?
ReplyDeleteWhat a brave little girl! I wish we had a friend who could do that-beats the urgent care!
ReplyDeleteI think the coolest part is that the whole thing was done on the kitchen table - awesome :). And the picture with the blood on the shirt is pretty cool too :). Sydney is very brave :)
